Clinical pharmacists who are required to clinically verify systemic cancer therapies must demonstrate competence as per the SA Pharmacy Procedure Clinical Verification of Systemic Cancer Therapies: Assessment of Pharmacist Competence.

This refresher assessment must be completed as part of the SA Pharmacy Training Package for Clinical Verification of Cancer Chemotherapy, with pharmacists required to demonstrate ongoing competence every 12 months.
