Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) is a collaborative approach to charting medications in conjunction with medical staff and patients. Credentialed pharmacists and medical staff discuss the patient's treatment goals in view of their hospital presentation, document a shared medication management plan, and subsequent charting by the pharmacist.


This course is undertaken by eligible staff to obtain their PPMC credential. To enrol in this course, please contact Vasilios (vasilios.sotiropoulos@sa.gov.au).

The aim of this resource is to provide you with a framework to attain accreditation in Vascular Access procedures. 

  • Venepuncture
  • Peripheral Intravenous Device (PIVD) Insertion & management

You are only required to complete packages as relevant to your clinical role within Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). 

It is required that you complete the following training prior to commencement of this learning package:

- Hand Hygiene 

- Aseptic Technique
