Learning Management System (LMS)

There are two ways of logging into the LMS, both are automatically synced to the LMS.

1. HAD ID

HAD ID is your SA Health workstation username and password. The password can ONLY be reset from a SA Health workstation or alternatively contact:

24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
eHealthSystemsServiceDesk@sa.gov.au

Example: John Smith has a HAD ID of HAD\jsmith01

2. Employee ID

Also known as your Payroll Number, if you do not know your Employee ID, contact your line manager or Shared Services: HRMSServiceManagement@sa.gov.au

If you are using this method to login, you are able to reset your LMS password here.

New CALHN employees

When your account is created, your login details will be emailed to the email address supplied prior to employment with CALHN.

If you do not have a HAD ID, you will log in with your Employee ID and password.

If you do not know your Employee ID contact your line manager, or Shared Services: HRMSServiceManagement@sa.gov.au

If you know your Employee ID but do not know your password, you are able to reset your LMS password here.
