ACHS is hosting online Open Disclosure training which is free for members. The evidence-based training is designed to introduce health professionals to the skills and tools required to conduct an Open Disclosure conversation after an adverse patient incident has occurred. This Open Disclosure training is aimed at health professionals from all disciplines including senior management, team leaders, safety and quality staff and front-line clinicians who provide care and services to patients.
