Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of this course learners will know how to:

• Navigate the ZEDOC Provider Portal
• Enrol and discharge patients in ZEDOC
• Manage patient journeys in ZEDOC
• Manage patient responses in ZEDOC
• Understand the ZEDOC patient app and what patients can see in the app
• Manage Provider- facing  questionnaires in ZEDOC
• Log an issue and access help with ZEDOC

Duration - The module should take 90 minutes to complete. 

Target Audience - Staff in SA Health clinical services who will be managing patient journeys in ZEDOC for their clinical service, in addition to requiring read access to the ZEDOC platform.
