Upon completion of this course learners will know how to:
- Navigate the ZEDOC Provider Portal
- Understand patient journeys in ZEDOC
- Review patient responses and population data in ZEDOC
- Understand the ZEDOC patient app, including what patients can see in the app
- Manage Provider- facing questionnaires in ZEDOC
- Log an issue and access help with ZEDOC
Duration - The module should take 60 minutes to complete.
Target Audience - Staff in SA Health clinical services who require read access to the ZEDOC platform
